Wild Edge staff recently went on a wilderness experience with Woodlore which is run by Ray Mears staff.

The skills that were learnt have given me the confidence to pass them on to the students in which Wild Edge will teach in the future events.

Half way through the week I was able to meet the man him self “Ray Mears”. We stood around the fire and chatted about how he got started in bushcraft. It was very insightful and inspiring.

It has made me realize how important the skills are and how they should be passed on to future generation, so they are never forgotten.
