By reading this, you have already started your woodland challenge
During the day, you will get the chance to put your skills to the test to survive the challenges that lay ahead. You will navigate through the lands of old to find clues and parcels dropped to aid your rescue in this lost world. Working with your teams, you will have to shoot arrows, construct shelters, build fires, trap and prep your food and collect water with new methods.
If this has been achieved and your team have succeeded, you will be awarded the coveted Woodland Certificate!

The new 3 hour challenge is a shorter day, where you focus on the four main elements to live in the wild. Ask for further details.
What time does it start?
The 6 hour Woodland Challenge starts at 10am and runs until 4pm
The 3 hour challenge runs 1pm to 4pm
Where is the challenge day held?
Your 6 hour Woodland Challenge day and 3 hour challenge , is held in the majestic grounds of Dauntseys Manor, near the pretty Market town of Devizes.
When do the courses run?
They are held in the school holidays and half-terms and every Tuesday during term time.
How much does it cost?
Cost per head for the 6 hour day : £45
For a limited time only, a special Wild Edge Offer: 6 hour day only £35 per head
Cost per head for the 3 hour day: £25

Group size is between 10-12
What is the age group?
Age group ranges between 8 years old and above.
Suggestion on putting a day together from Wild Edge.
Wild Edge charges competitive rates and has found the easiest way for parents to put a group together is to combine parties of a similar age.
ie: One parent organized a party for three different children to combine their birthday celebrations by having a joint event. This helped spread the cost of the event between all three parents which made it an affordable, fun day.

What do they get in their goodie bags?

Personalised T-shirts can also be purchased at an additional cost of £5 per shirt as part of the course. Two weeks notice will be required for the T-shirts to be printed in time.
